r/Place 2022 Animal Crossing planning!

As some of you have heard, r/Place is returning on April 1st at 9 AM ET / 1 PM UTC. Refer to the announcement post for more details (and hope the announcement isn't a prank in itself...).

r/Place first launched for April Fools' in 2017, providing a massive canvas for over one million redditors to draw on. It resulted in beautiful collaborations and terrible sabotages. You can see the final result here.

We've already seen some interest from readers here, so feel free to use this thread to ideate and plan potential Animal Crossing ideas for this year's Place.

We'll keep this post updated with details once the event is underway.
